3. Professional Attire

We encourage attendees to dress in fashionable attire appropriate for the event. Please refrain from wearing clothing that may be offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate to the event's theme.

4. Photography and Filming

Notice of Filming: By attending Nexus Moda, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, recorded, and filmed during the event. These images, video, and audio recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

Consent to Filming: By attending, you grant Nexus Moda and its affiliates the right to use your likeness in such recordings.

5. Alcohol and Drug Use

The consumption of alcohol is allowed in designated areas only and must be done responsibly. Illegal drug use or being under the influence of drugs while on the premises will result in immediate removal from the event.

6. No Disruptive Behavior

Please be mindful of your surroundings and avoid behaviors that disrupt the experience for others, such as loud talking, excessive movement, or inappropriate use of technology during the show.

7. Security Compliance

Event staff and security personnel are here to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the event. All attendees must comply with their directions and requests. Failure to do so may result in being escorted out of the venue.

Please follow any health and safety guidelines, including those related to COVID-19 or other health-related concerns, that may be in place during the event. This may include mask mandates, social distancing, or temperature checks.
